TERMS OF SERVICE
1.- Terms of Service
After commission is accepted and full payment is done, service includes the realization of an original digital illustration made using the references provided by the client.
The commission can be rejected in case of being beyond artistic abilities, cause unconformity or being out of specifications.2.- Payment Methods
Customers are claimed to be legal adults.
Full payment shall be done before starting the illustration, using the available payment methods:
◾Global Service: Paypal.
◾National (Mexico): Deposit, transfer.
◾Payment message should include: Name + Commission.
There's no refund after payment is done.3.- Work in Process
A watermarked sketch or thumbnails will be delivered for initial approval of the product.
Each major change of WIP has a cost of 5USD.
Later, watermarked versions will be delivered prior to the final work: lineart and base colors.Turn Around Time:

◾Lineart-Base Colors: 3 Days
◾Final Product: 7 Days4.-Final Product Details
◾ PNG size A6, with and without background, 300 dpi and will be send by email.
◾ Notify in case you don't want the commission to be published as a sample in social media.5.-Final Product Rights
These commissions are made exclusively for personal use, and can be used without credits needed.
Editing, cropping and use of filters is authorized.Personal use includes:
◾Post in social media
◾Wallpaper
◾Profile / Banner picture
◾Roleplaying
◾Personal printingCommercial use commissions price should be discussed before.Commercial use includes:
◾Editorial use and commercial publication.
◾Partial or total reproduction of the illustration for physical or digital merchandise.
◾Use of the picture as mascot in pages with monetary gains (Twitch, YouTube, Facebook Streaming).
◾Use of full or edited illustration for promotion destined to money profit in social media / local physical stores.Prohibited the use of any illustration for NFTs market or AI generated illustrations.6.-Relation Between Artist and Artwork
Artist is not intended to encourage any message involving acts of violence, illegality, politics, religion or any social movement by publishing art commission samples in social media.
No shared ideology should be implied between requested creations and the artist.7.-Breach of contract
Services won't be granted and no further communication will be made in the event of breach of contract.
This automatically withdraws the rights over the commissioned artwork.
Unpaid product may be used by the artist for commercial use.

The price is determined by the intended use of the purchased design.Personal use includes:

◾Wallpaper

◾Roleplaying

◾Use of the character design as image for physical or digital merchandise with monetary profit.
◾Partial or total reproduction of the adoptable illustration for physical or digital merchandise, or advertisement in social media / physical stores.4.-Final Product Rights
The rights to each character design without distinction include:
◾Edit, crop and use filters on the original illustration design.
◾Modify characteristics as gender, clothes, colors, body and species.
◾Request commissions, or make your own illustrations.
◾Resale or auction at any price.
◾Exchange or gift.Commercial use rights include the above mentioned plus:
◾Use of the design and illustration for any previously mentioned monetary profit in digital media, as in real life.Prohibited the use of any illustration for NFTs market or AI generated illustrations.5.-Credits
◾Credits should be mentioned to the corresponding artists to illustrations declared to be made with a base.
◾Credits should be mentioned to the corresponding artists in the illustrations not made by the seller.
◾Credits should be mentioned to @drrnlr only when the original illustration of the character design made by the seller is used.6.-Breach of contract
◾Any breach of the mentioned terms of service automatically withdraws the rights and ownership given during the purchase.
◾In this cases, the character design will be put back on sale with or without notifying the buyer.
◾Evidence of non-compliance of the buyer will be kept for clarification.Automatically considered breach of contract:
◾Failure to make payment.
◾Exceed the granted hold time for payment.
